Every completed Network User profile receives a permanent Network ID and private dashboard. Paid benefits begin only after approval, dues, and credential activation create an active Syndicate Member status.
The pass is not government identification and does not guarantee admission, employment, casting, transportation, compensation, or unpublished benefits.
