Trust is a product.

Plush uses account, profile, contact, content, transaction-status, safety, and activity records only for the disclosed platform purposes. Private credentials, payment details, and outside-network passwords are not displayed publicly. Members control published profile fields and content visibility subject to legal, safety, fraud, and audit retention.

Use a unique password, protect account recovery channels, and report suspected access. Administrative access is owner-gated. High-risk future staff access must use least privilege and strong authentication before it is issued.

Harassment, credible threats, hate, exploitation, non-consensual intimate material, impersonation, fraud, spam, malicious manipulation, and attempts to evade safety controls are prohibited. Enforcement considers context, severity, recurrence, and verified evidence.

Creators must label nudity or explicit media. Labeled or reported media is blurred by default. Illegal sexual content, sexual exploitation, non-consensual material, and any sexual content involving minors are prohibited. Reporting can trigger restriction or removal.

Hosts and moderators are responsible for their rooms. Recording, music, likeness, guest consent, safety, and outside-platform rights remain with the responsible parties. A control-room state does not prove a broadcast, recording, clip, payment, or outside delivery occurred.

Listings must accurately identify seller, item, condition, price, availability, restrictions, fulfillment, and returns. Imported and partner inventory is not represented as Plush-manufactured. Direct checkout and seller protections apply only when the site explicitly confirms the transaction system is connected.

Syndicate Points are an internal loyalty and participation unit with no cash value. They are nontransferable unless a future published rule explicitly says otherwise, may be capped, reversed, denied, or suspended, and do not establish trust, authority, employment, ownership, crypto value, or guaranteed rewards.

A share or click can create attribution but does not guarantee a reward. Major rewards require a verified account, transaction, ticket, booking, membership, attendance, or other published conversion. Self-referrals, duplicate or false accounts, bots, spam, device farming, refunded or charged-back transactions, misrepresentation, and attempts to manipulate attribution are prohibited. Plush may hold, decline, reverse, suspend, or audit affected rewards and referral identities.

Plush Cash is separate potential referral compensation from qualified economic conversions. It is not Syndicate Points, a Point conversion, cryptocurrency, a bank balance, or guaranteed income. Pending is not approved; approved is not paid. A paid status requires cleared transaction value, applicable return and chargeback periods, owner review, published program terms, and a confirmed payout reference. Automated PayPal payouts are not active until the site explicitly records that connection as enabled.

Creators retain rights they lawfully hold in original content. Publishing grants Plush the permissions needed to host, display, moderate, distribute when authorized, and operate the selected feature. Users must not upload material they lack the right to use.

Rights holders may report claimed infringement with the work, location, authority, contact information, and a good-faith statement. False or abusive notices are prohibited. Plush may restrict disputed content while reviewing complete information.

Use post controls or the official inquiry system to report safety, fraud, impersonation, privacy, or rights concerns. Include the relevant account, URL, date, and evidence. Affected users may appeal by referencing the decision and explaining the specific error.

Plush AI may summarize verified account context, provide navigation, and prepare actions. When full AI is connected, OpenAI processes the member's request, permitted recent conversation, and only the verified Plush facts relevant to that request with provider storage disabled. Payment credentials are not included. Plush AI must not invent approvals, balances, bookings, availability, transactions, rights, or legal authority. User confirmation and the responsible system of record remain controlling.

A Network User is a free registered account. A Syndicate Member is a paid account with an active recorded membership status. Submission does not guarantee approval, access, benefits, admission, employment, casting, compensation, or partner availability.

A Network Partner remains independently owned and operated. Every offer must identify the business, benefit, eligibility, hours, limits, blackout dates, verification method, and responsible operator before publication.
